The life at the beach

Talofa bloggers, today I will be talking about life at the beach. So lets get started

Life at the beach
As the sun stalks us above, the fresh breeze blows the smell of salt water into the air.people hop into the salty water,it feels like they are an ice cream waiting to be turned into a person again. As the huge waves swallow up the children they scream with delight,as they safely float back to the sandy, shore to see their parents worried faces. As the anxious children beg their parents to tell them if they are going to get ice cream or not?The child drops their hot dog with tears running down her cheeks and as their parents say no,and as the sneaky seagull swoops up the hot dog. When they fly across the freezing cold ocean they drop the hot dog into the water and watches the hot dog fall through the ocean and sees the startled faces of the fish down below. The parents try to calm the child down by saying we will go home if you don't stop. But instead it made the child  cry even more,as they attempted to make the child stop they tried using candy floss and it work, after the delighted child finished her treat. They watched the cliff drop little pebbles into the water and fall into the seaweeds grasp.

Unusual Endangered Animal

Kia Orana Bloggers!!

Today in Bixley class we have been talking about endangered animals. The animal I am choosing is the Dugong. The Dugong has smooth grey slimy skin. Humans like to hunt down Dugong's because they want the meat and the oil from these precious animals. Dugong's are vegetarians and they live in the pacific ocean east cost of Affrica. Dugong's have a grey smooth slimy tail that they use to petal there self in the water. The Dugong is going to be endangered because of humans keep on hunting them down.

Netball

KIA ORANA

Today at netball was really interesting and fun, because we played a game on the court,
when you are put into a group, you are put in 1 2 3 or 4 so two teams are together and the other team
are together. One team is going to attack and the other team is going to defend. The team that is defending
has to throw the ball to each other and when your team has caught the ball six times, a person from the
other team comes to get the ball. If the people from the attacking team get the ball you have to restart on
passing the ball to your teammates six more times. We played a different game when you have to pass the
ball to your partner, and there is three/four of yous so one/two of has to start on the same side so the other
two are suppose to throw the ball to each other and one person from the other side (That is not throwing
the ball) has to get the well it is in the air, when one of the people throw the ball to there teammate, you
are suppose to focus on the person that is going to get the ball, and when it is about to reach the person
you have to intercept in front of them and catch the ball. If you catch the ball three times, you swap with
one of the people, that are throwing the ball to their partner.
